Do you have Terms & Conditions?

Yes, our T&C can be viewed here.

Do you have waiting lists for your courses?

No, we don’t. Due to the amount of enquiries we receive, it’s not practical for us to operate waiting lists. Instead, we advertise any last minute availability on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages.

Can I reserve a course place in advance?

Due to the amount of requests we receive to do this, it’s not practical for us to reserve places in advance. Course places are filled on a first come, first serve basis as soon as they’re available for booking.

Can you offer extra, bespoke courses in addition to the ones advertised on your website?

No, due to other commitments, this isn’t something we’re able to do.

When are your new courses available for booking?

We usually put new course dates on our website at the beginning of October, for the following year. You can join our email mailing list or follow our Facebook or Instagram page to hear when they’re available for booking.

How do I book a course place?

Booking is online and full payment by debit/credit card is required at the time of booking. Please see our T&C for further information.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, all our course places are available to purchase as a Gift Card. Gift Cards can only be purchased for a specific course date, to guarantee availability. We’re not able to offer ‘open’ Gift Cards.

How do I buy a Gift Card?

Gift Cards are purchased by going through our standard booking process. Further information regarding Gift Cards will be requested as you go through this process.

Can I transfer to another course if I can’t make the one I’ve booked?

You can transfer, as long as you let us know more than 4 weeks before the course start date. Transfers are subject to the availability of course places. Please see our T&C for further information.
