Do you have Terms & Conditions?

Yes, our T&C can be viewed here.

Do you have waiting lists for your courses?

No, we don’t. Due to the amount of enquiries we receive asking this, it’s not practical for us to operate waiting lists. Instead, we advertise any last minute availability on our website, Instagram and Facebook pages.

If a course is SOLD OUT, can you run extra ones?

No, due to other commitments, we’re not able to run any extra courses - sorry!

Can you offer extra, bespoke courses in addition to the ones advertised on your website?

No, due to other commitments, this isn’t something we’re able to do - sorry!

When are your new courses available for booking?

You can join our email mailing list or follow our Instagram or Facebook page to hear when we have new courses available for booking.

How do I book a course place?

Booking is online via our website and full payment by debit/credit card is required at the time of booking. Please see our T&C for further information.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

No we don’t, sorry. We used to sell Gift Cards, but are no longer able to offer this as an option. As we both have ‘day jobs’ in addition to pottery, we don’t have the required extra time to to process Gift Cards. Feel free to make your own though!

What if I need to cancel my place on a course?

Please see our T&C for further information about cancellations.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking beside Derbyshire Eco Centre is available.

Is the pottery fully accessible?

Yes, the pottery is fully accessible and there is an accessible toilet on site.
