Terms and Conditions


1. A minimum of 6 booked places are required to run any of our courses.

2. Course places are filled on a first come, first serve basis.

3. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Our preferred method of payment is online, by debit or credit card. We also accept cheques.

5. Gift Cards require full payment at the time of purchase and can only be purchased for a specific course date. 

6. Payments will be refunded in full for cancellations received four weeks or more before the course start date on 8 Week Evening Courses and Weekend Courses

7. We will retain a deposit of £50 for cancellations received less than four weeks before the course start date on 8 Week Evening Courses and Weekend Courses and issue a refund for the remaining balance of the course.

8. Payments will be refunded in full for cancellations received two weeks or more before the session date on Taster Sessions.

9. We will retain an admin fee of £10 for Taster Session cancellations received less than two weeks before the session date and issue a refund for the remaining balance of the session.

10. Requests for a transfer onto a different 8 Week Evening Course or Weekend Course can only be accommodated if the request is received four weeks or more before the course start date. If there are no alternative dates available, a full refund will be given.

11. We are not able to accommodate requests for a transfer onto a different 8 Week Evening Course or Weekend Course if the request is received less than four weeks before the course start date. In this instance, we will retain a deposit of £50 and issue a refund for the remaining balance of the course.

12. Requests for a transfer onto a different Taster Session can only be accommodated if the request is received two weeks or more before the session date. If there are no alternative dates available, a full refund will be given.

13. We are not able to accommodate requests for a transfer onto a different Taster Session if the request is received less than two weeks before the session date. In this instance, we will retain an admin fee of £10 and issue a refund for the remaining balance of the session.

14. In the event of a course being cancelled by Parkwood Throwing Courses, you will be refunded any monies already paid.
